The ESOS Framework
International students in Australia are protected by laws known as the ESOS Framework.
The framework includes:
- Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act
- National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018 including the ELICOS Standards
