If you love the outdoors, you can enjoy a range of sporting activities. There are also many spectacular natural attractions for you to visit: World Heritage Kakadu National Park, Katherine Gorge (Nitmiluk) and Litchfield National Park. From the Casuarina Coastal Reserve you can walk along the beach or see the sunset from the Dripstone Cliffs.
The city also offers cultural attractions, including the Mindil Beach Sunset Markets, restaurants, art galleries, theatres, cinemas and annual festivals.
And if you like a thrill, get up close to a crocodile at Crocodylus Park.
Darwin’s traditional owners, the Larrakia people, are active in the community. The region is home to some of Australia’s best Aboriginal art and culture.
We hope your stay in Darwin is as comfortable as possible. We can help you organise accommodation that suits your needs and budget.
