Campus Perth is the newest and most exciting student accommodation in Perth. Located in the heart of Northbridge, it is a short walk to Navitas English Perth Campus.

Stay for 2 weeks, a month or a semester. Whatever suits your study plans!  

Under 18’s

Campus Perth accepts students aged 17 and above. Students under the age of 18 will require parent guardian consent, involving a signed form to ensure they can stay with us during their studies. They will be in touch with a Residential Advisor once a week so they are fully supported throughout their stay.

Beatty Lodge is a quality student accommodation lodge located in the heart of the trendy Leederville café strip close to the city centre. The lodge has easy access to all Perth has to offer including parks, cafes, entertainment venues, shopping and first class sporting facilities.

Travel to Navitas English Perth: 25 minutes’ walk or less with free public transport.

Terms and Conditions:

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First weeks payment is non-refundable.

ECU Village provides student accommodation for Navitas students, ECU university students (including performing arts student at WAPAA), and PIBT students. Every student has their own single bedroom in a shared apartment with storage space and a study desk. Rooms are located either poolside or by the lake. There is 24 hours support for all residents including; security personnel after hours, evening duty manager, and Resident Assistants (RAs). Every room comes with an allocated car space.

Travel to Navitas English Perth: 15 minutes by bus.

Terms and Conditions:

Minimum stay is 1 month. Stays between 1 to 3 months will incur a A$10 increase per person per week. Students provide their own linen and crockery. 

Note a $100 key deposit is to be paid upon arrival at ECU reception. 

Facilities include:

• a swimming pool, student lounges, laundry (A$2 per wash), TV room, games area, barbecue area and café.
• Every apartment has a shared bathroom, lounge room, and kitchen for students to use.
• All student rooms are single and are available in 1, 2, 3 4, 5, or 6 bedroom apartments.

Rates:

Rates are based on single rooms in an apartment.
Stays between 1 to 3 months will incur a A$10.00 increase per person per week.

Set in a heritage-listed, Art Deco building the YHA offers rooms specifically for international students.
