Why do I need to sign new documents if I already accepted my GELI offer?
(Applies to students with accepted offers only)
As Navitas English will become the provider of GELI programs from 12 October 2026, we are required to issue updated offer documents. To meet Australian government requirements, all GELI offer holders will need to sign and accept the new documents. Once processed, you will receive a new Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) showing the relevant CRICOS provider number and course codes.
The new offer letter will also outline the fees relevant to the remaining duration of your studies with us. If you have paid your fees to Griffith University, you do not need to pay any other fees. Griffith University will pass on your fees directly to us. However, if you have only paid the first part of your deposit, please forward the remaining amount on or before your course is due to commence with us. We will also send you a reminder closer to date.
What is the deadline to accept the new offer with Navitas English?
To ensure a smooth transition, please sign and return the Offer Letter Acceptance Form, along with any additional documentation outlined in the email, by Sunday 27 September 2026 at the latest.
You will receive a new COE from us but we can only issue it once the team at Griffith University has actioned your COE as part of finalising your enrolment with them. When your COE with us is ready, we will email it to you.
If I have a current GELI offer but have not accepted it yet, what do I need to do?
The Navitas English Admissions team will contact you with a revised offer.
Once you receive the revised offer, you can follow the instructions provided to accept your offer as normal.
If you have not received your revised offer, please contact admissions@navitasenglish.com for assistance.
What happens after I accept my offer with Navitas English, what will change?
