Perth Life

A relaxed study experience in one of Australia’s friendliest cities.

Perth has an average of 8 hours of sunshine a day, 365 days a year. You can explore the area after class, or relax on one of Perth’s beautiful beaches.

Perth is the most remote capital city in the world, but it’s also the fastest growing. There are great job opportunities in this friendly, relaxed city.

Our English language school in Northbridge is in the middle of Perth’s cultural district. You will find great restaurants, cafes, nightclubs and shopping areas within walking distance.

It’s easy to see all of Perth’s attractions. Public transport is nearby, so you can take a train to the famous Cottesloe Beach, visit the Perth Foreshore or take a free bus to see the Swan Bells and Kings Park in the city centre.

In the middle of Perth you can explore Kings Park and Botanic Gardens. It’s the largest inner city park in the world – bigger than Central Park in New York.

The Perth Cultural Centre is also in Northbridge, only a 5 minute walk from the school. There, you can visit the State Library, West Australian Museum, Art Gallery of Western Australia and Perth’s theatres. Or meet up with your classmates to watch a free outdoor movie in the Northbridge Piazza.

On the weekend, take a trip to Fremantle to visit Fremantle Markets, or explore Perth’s vibrant cafés and bars.

We hope your stay in Perth is as comfortable as possible. We can help you organise accommodation that suits your needs and budget. You can live with an Australian family, or in independent accommodation.

Homestay accommodation is a great way to experience the Australian lifestyle. Living with an Australian family will help you practise your English in everyday life. You will have your own furnished room, and most meals are provided.

We can also help you find independent accommodation. Perth has a selection of backpacker and hostel accommodation within walking distance of the school. Check out the options for independent accommodation in Perth.

With the increase in students arriving to study in Australia, it is important to prepare and book your accommodation well in advance of your arrival. By making your booking early, you will ensure you have the best option available to you.

To start that process, select the level of accommodation you need either independent or homestay.

Both options offer great choices so start looking and decide soon.
